Am I locked into a long term agreement?
No. The service is customized for your needs and can be used only during your busy months.
How many hours a day can we use the service?
We can do 4, 8 and 12 hour blocks. We also have only after hours services.
When do the calls roll over to the Reservation Center?
Normally it would ring the Golf Shop and roll to the Call Center after 3 rings. If a call is missed ALL calls are returned in order to never miss and opportunity.
